Employee Service Agreements are directed towards employees who are recipients of planned benefits such as health insurance, commissions, bonuses, stock options, and company sponsored retirement plans. For each of these benefits, the employee has certain obligations towards the employer.Such agreements are prepared specifically by the employer and both the employer and employee agree to the terms and conditions of the agreement by signing the document.

The employee has accepted the said appointment on the terms and conditions as follows:
The employee shall be on training/probation for [No. of years]. On the successful completion of training/probation, the employee will be confirmed in the service of employer. The employee shall not dispute the decision of management on his/her performance during the period of training/probation.
The employee is required to work from ______to ______ during the weekdays.
The employee is eligible for a stipend of Rs__________ per month during the period of training/probation. After successful completion of training/probation, the employee will become eligible to receive a basic salary of Rs ________.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of republic of India.
The rights and remedies provided by this agreement are cumulative, and the exercise of any right or remedy or by either party, whether pursuant to this agreement, to any other agreement shall not preclude its right to exercise.
Any and all notices provided for herein, shall be sent by registered post acknowledgement due or certificate of posting, in case of employee to the last known address of the employee.
This agreement contains the entire agreement and supersedes all prior agreements and undertakings, whether oral or written, with respect to the subject matter hereof.
Any dispute arising under this agreement or any matter incidental thereto shall be submitted for arbitration as per the provisions of Arbitration and conciliation Act, 1996.
